Residential Landscape Plan
Harmony Township, Butler County, PA
The Residential Landscape Plan is part of an overall Master Landscape Plan for existing residence in Butler County, PA. Working extensively with the client, the layout provides pedestrian access for guests from the existing parking spaces at the governor’s drive. The plant material was chosen to provide color spring through fall.
75 Lot Subdivision
Chartiers Township, Washington County, PA
HDC, LLC provided the conceptual design services for the project as requested by a partner engineering firm. The site had some significant challenges and restrictions including steep slopes, large elevation changes, and a stream bisecting the site. HDC, LLC was able to provide 75 quarter acre or greater lots and balance the site. Services included: preparation of conceptual road and lot layout, ordinance review, and conceptual grading plan.
Residential Stormwater Management
Borough of Sewickley, Allegheny County, PA
HDC, LLC provided the stormwater management design services for the project. Services included: stormwater management design, stormwater management report, and the preparation of Construction Plans
Residential Site Plan
Franklin Park Borough, Allegheny County, PA
HDC, LLC provided the civil site design and zoning variance request for the project. Services included: stormwater management design, preparation of Land Development Plans (site, grading, and utility) and the preparation of zoning variances and exhibits for the development.
