HDC, LLC provided the Conceptual Site Layout, Grading and Preliminary Stormwater Management for the potential future project. The plan contains a mixture of proposed retail and restaurant uses; allows for a future connection to the adjacent property and ultimately to an existing road north of the property. As a condition of the plan existing warehouse space, a take-out restaurant, and rental property were to remain.
